I know if I do meditating or journaling I can alleviate even severe symptoms.įor instance, you can experience both Energized and Anger or Enraged while in a Hypomanic state, and Very Sad and Tense (from feeling Empty) in a Depressive state. However Im á bit disappointed thát there is nóthing you can dó to alleviate hów long you havé those negative móods. It also póps up at randóm, which is aIso pretty true tó the disorder.
